Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports
Syracuse head coach Dino Babers met with media after his teams 33-25 loss to N.C. State (4-1) on Saturday and said that he thinks the Wolfpack are better than LSU.

The statement comes just one week after Syracuse (2-3) lost to the LSU (3-1) 35-26 in Tiger Stadium and few days after Babers said that N.C. State defensive lineman Bradley Chubb is better than Arden Key.

This what I know. There is too many holes in this ship for fingers!! Blame who you will. This is my take....zero effort and enthusiasm. This teams plays in a trance. Find as many that want to play and work with them. This crap started(and is continuing with Key and Guice. Play or leave. I fear....several yrs in the dark!!

This is just an ACC coach pumping up the ACC. They so badly want to kill the "SEC is best" narrative. Coaches in the ACC more so than any other conference... don't be naive people.

We need the program to get to the point where opposing teams aren't saying comments like this. How we have fallen.

And both are better than Syracuse.

If I'm LSU I'm going get David Cutcliff, PJ Fleck, or NC state HC. It's time we bring a real damn coach in here. LSU deserves better than this. This is a nightmare.

You’re obviously joking about Cutcliffe. But Fleck should have at least been interviewed/given serious consideration.

Cutcliffe, no! Another former Ole Miss coach, remember?

And Troy is better than Syracuse.

Miles drove the program down to a mediocre level and Orgeron is making it irrelevant. What he says is proof...NC State is roundball school and the 3rd school in a state that does not care about football.

Sad but true. Worst LSU team in years. All on the coaching.

Not a fair assessment. We were caught looking ahead to Troy.

Have we seen anything thus far to prove otherwise?

Just for comparison sake, Herman is 2-2, Kiffin is 2-3, Fleck is 3-1,Fisher is 1-2, so no one on our radar is tearing it up. The clear winner so far is OU coach Lincoln Riley at 4-0. Maybe it's time to start plucking from the Saban tree. Hey! If you can't beat em, join em!

Trying to hype up a Conference team may bet.

The only thing he knows is that his team lost to both LSU and NC St. His opinion does factor in a lot of things.
