Sam Leavitt Delivers Great News About Trey'Dez Green Ahead Of Auburn Game

At an LSU event at Raising Cane's on Thursday, WBRZ reporter Michael Cauble asked quarterback Sam Leavitt about the return of tight end Trey'Dez Green, who has been sidelined with a knee injury.
Cauble asked Leavitt how Green has looked in practice and what he expects from the talented tight end when he returns to the field.
“He looks the exact same as he looked before he left,” Leavitt said. “So, kind of just pick up right where he left off.”
Leavitt also believes Green's return could further boost an LSU offense that has been improving in recent weeks.
“Obviously, the offense has been playing better now, so him just stepping in there is gonna help everything just flow on another level.”
Leavitt added that Green has remained a positive presence around the team throughout his absence.
“He's been right there with us the whole time. Amazing juice guy, great energy every single day in the facility. So, can't wait to see what he can do.”
