Update: LSU WR Coach Mickey Joseph Has Accepted Position On Nebraska's Staff
Football Scoop is reporting that Nebraska head coach Scott Frost is finalizing a deal to hire LSU wide receiver coach and recruiting coordinator Mickey Joseph to his staff in Lincoln.
Earlier this week it was reported that Frost was targeting Joseph.
Joseph, a 53-year-old Louisiana native, played quarterback at Nebraska from 1988-1991.
Joseph reportedly turned down an offer to become Nebraska's passing game coordinator and associate head coach after LSU won the 2019 National Championship.

Joseph, a 53-year-old Louisiana native, played quarterback at Nebraska from 1988-1991.

Multiple sources tell FootballScoop that Mickey Joseph, the Tigers' affable wide receivers coach and ace recruiter, has accepted a similar position on Frost's Cornhuskers' staff.
Joseph was set to inform his players and begin his new role at Nebraska, his alma mater, as quickly as possible.
