The Saints need Derek Barnett at #11

I see him with the Panthers

LF falling to even be around by the saints first pick is laughable. It's even more laughable that they would take him as their first pick. Saints have a lot of needs, a power runner is nowhere near the top of the list. But of course it's the saints and the draft, so who knows what they will frick up

He doesn't fit their system anyway. He'll go to the Titans or Panthers. Saints fans will melt.

True. That would require reading words. But they do have pictures.

Sorry but I don't see the big draw. He couldn't run against Bama. Why will the nfl be any different for him?

If an NFL team loads 8 in the box they will get killed by the passing game.

Hangit, please get out of here with all that common sense and rational thinking.

His jersey # should be 27, not 7.

Seeing him in the Panthers uniform makes my stomach turn.

Me too, but if we're being honest, it's probably one of the greatest spots for him to land.

This is the spot where he could have a field day and be rookie of the year. He and Cam Newton would be must see tv every sunday. When I mentioned 200+ games this is the team I had envisioned to draft him.

Buy some Tums bc IMHO that's where he's going.

His future there would be the same as what happened at LSU; great production and amazing talent on an underachieving team

He'd be a NOLA hero at the saints

Saints don't want him. Saints hate LSU.

CL8100 is 100% correct, since Les Miles never produced a good NFL player in his life. Dumbass.

Well the best spot for him to land is probably the Saints or Panthers from those choices.

Well we know he won't be wearing #7 wherever he goes...

He's going to be a Panther. Hopefully the Saints do have another brain fart and pass on Derek Barnett at #11

I'll be happy to see him in a Jags jersey this season.

TigerSpray, there is no doubt Fournette in an open offense with a decent passing game will have many 200+ yard games next year. Defensive Backs in the league have devolved into strictly pass-protecting receivers and their tackling is subpar to say the least. If he gets past the second level it is over.

You can say that again.

Unless he goes up against a defensive back like Jamal Adams who is the total package at safety

Saints won't draft Jamal Adams, like they passed on Eric Reid for the kid from Texas, what's his name? Saints hate LSU.

Lame they couldn't spring for legit NFL jerseys with cuffed sleeves instead of the $45 Delhomme specials

LF7 may run for 300+ yards against the Saints his first trip to the Dome.

No doubt. Probably wearing a Panthers uniform, unfortunately!
