Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports
Former LSU and current New York Giants star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was down in Houston last week for the Super Bowl and was reportedly robbed, according to the New York Post:
quote:

A source close to the Giants confirmed that the star wide receiver was indeed robbed, but he said it was not a mugging at all and nothing “pricey” was taken. The team source explained that Beckham was staying at a hotel in Houston, but that he also left a bag of his belongings at a friend’s house. (As one does?)

“He just had some stuff there,” the source said. “Shoes and that sort of thing. It wasn’t anything expensive — just some of his belongings.” The source said that the home was broken into and that Beckham’s stuff was gone.

The details in this article don't point to a robbery. Burglary, theft, but not robbery.

Not robbed, the correct term was that his belongings were burglarized...

His answers are vague and misleading. There is more to this story. The truth beckons, Beckham.

What do you mean? What's vague about some friend's house being robbed and part of what they stole was Beckham's bag?

The "friend" was a close guy partner?
