Verne and Gary second best in the business behind Nessler and Blackledge.

"Verne and Gary hate LSU, Saban lovers, Tebow disciples, blah blah blah." You you people hear yourselves? I can recall countless times when Verne and Gary have shown plenty of love for LSU when it's deserved, just like any other team they have covered.

"Well, they said something negative about LSU that one time and didn't constantly praise them while the other team did something good so they praised them instead! Assclowns!"

Pathetic. I think they're great and regardless of that the SEC on CBS is THE big game of the week and we're playing in it. Who the hell cares who the announcers are?

That looks exactly like every picture ever of a smiling fat baby. What do you think is on the other side of that camera to delight Verne like a baby seeing his mama? Probably Scam Newton.

Verne does not respect LSU. Therefore, why should we show his "Big Seal" looking A@@ some love? He is anti-LSU and Gary is not faraway. I sincerely believe both of those guys spent too much time examining Nick Saban's and Urban Meyer's golf balls over the years, if you know what I mean. Geaux Tigers!

Gary D. knows football and breaks down the game well. Vern was great in his prime, but I still enjoy him, even if he is past his best. Would rather listen to him than Dick Vitale doing BB.

My Favorite is Nessler and Blackledge. Been a fan of Brad's since the old EA NCAA Football days

I have to ask, who do ya'll consider to be a great announcing team? I think Danielson does a very good job, but Verne is way past his prime. In the 70s and 80s when he did the Dallas Cowboys play by play radio he was great.

How do they figure Brad Paisley is going to get anyone pumped with that weak crap.
Dunno why the change to such crappy pregame music. I feel like it started 10 years ago and just won't stop
