LSU announced Friday that they will be wearing the same uniforms from the Northwestern State game last weekend when they take on Vanderbilt in Nashville on Saturday.

Uggh. Too much white. What is LSU’s obsession over so much white? Those boring white jersey’s they use 95% of the time- and when they are forced to use a different jersey color they add the white elsewhere.

LSU's traditional white jersey with gold pants is considered iconic and is routinely praised as one of the best uniforms in college football. If you want boring check out Alabama or Penn State's all white uni.

Second favorite in my book I say we roll into a new era with em when we were purple and make it a thang. Honestly I do like the gold helmets , gold pants and purple uniforms but it’s almost beautiful color overload if that makes sense but Wow do they make a statement on TV.

I was expecting Vandy to avoid wearing black tomorrow. I thought we might have come out with gold jerseys. But I've always liked the purple. I don't buy into the bad luck thing. The bad years were because of Hallman and Dinardo, not purple jerseys. We actually had good years wearing purple with Arnsparger.
