Special teams coordinator Bradley Dale Peveto has been relieved of duties, a source told The Advocate, and Orgeron is expected to act quickly in replacing him.
Peveto, 53, has spent the last three seasons on the Tigers staff, hired by former coach Les Miles as linebackers coach and special teams coordinator after the 2013 season. Peveto was a member of Miles' first staff at LSU, joining in 2005 as the special teams coordinator and linebackers coach and leaving after LSU’s defense struggled with him as a co-defensive coordinator in 2008.
