I mean I've never seen an LSU coach do this many transfers. I mean is this the norm for Kelly? I mean did he do this a lot a Notre Dame? LSU HC's usually just reload every year with signing a decent number of 5 stars and then concentrating on locking down Louisiana talent along with some outside, out of state talent with little in the transfer department.

We did sign (3) 5* recruits this class.

I had us on the decline and we brought in a coach who believes in standards… you can’t just go to Walmart and buy a locker room of 5* recruits that fit what you’re trying to do.

No worries I'm sure there are plenty of former 3 star la. kids looking to come home. Everyone always talks about the 3 star kids like jefferson/ clyde but what about the other 90% that dont really do a whole lot while at LSU. That list is a whole lot longer. Kelly gets a pass this year but Championship teams are build on 4 and 5 stars. Thats the truth.
