polls are meaningless. The only "poll" that matters in the Playoff Selection Committee's final ranking. Ignore all this garbage. Besides, we play Florida, Auburn, and Bama in the next few weeks. Win those and we'll be just fine. But ignore these silly polls.

Same shite. Different year. We're not a media darling, so they're gonna knock us if they can. They have to pump up Ohio State and Oklahoma because both of their schedules are laughably easy. Both have exactly one game they have to win and they're pretty much in.

How the hell is Texas AM still ranked in this poll anyway? That alone should tell you this poll is bull shite. I mean they should have lost their game vs Arkansas yesterday afternoon to be honest. There is no way that some of those teams... including a&m, should be ranked at all in the top 25. Geaux Tigers.

Agreed. I don't know where the love for this team is coming from but they have 0 wins over any good teams and 2 losses.

What a crock of shite. This poll means absolutely nothing anyway. We just need to be Helen Keller to the bull shite and keep handling our business...then, everything else will fall into place and work out just fine. That's what matters, just keep winning and continue to get better every week. I believe this team will do just that and will be in prime position in the CFP when it comes out. Geaux Tigers and keep kickin' ass!

Not that the week 5 AP poll counts for anything whatsoever, but I am truly baffled at the fact that UGA has 4 first-place votes and Ohio State has 7, all the while LSU has none. What am I missing here? What have OSU and UGA done that LSU hasn’t?

LSU gets penalized for not losing while the gumps get rewarded for losing. Sorry, I’m still bitter about 2011 BCS game.???????

Figured the blame would be laid on Bama somewhere in here. Oh, and if okie st doesn't lose to ...Iowa state...two weeks later, u get to play them. You're misfortune wasn't due to Bama. It was due to osu not handling their business. Mike Gundy should be the most hated figure in baton rouge.

Hey Tony the offensive game plan is the most hated thing. Forget having to play Bama twice after beating them on their home field in the regular season. Fact- Bama is and will continue to be the only team that has lost their division in their own conference... not play in a championship game... and still back their asses into two National Titles... no one cares about Gundy.
