Former LSU quarterback Justin McMillan announced Friday morning that he will be transferring to Tulane to finished out his college career.

McMillan is eligible immediately as a graduate transfer and has two years of eligibility remaining.

The Green Wave have fifth-year senior quarterback Jonathan Banks as their starter.

Tulane with Bowden was a true force in CFB. Why in the hell was Bowden never rehired? Chemistry there could not be improved in any way I can determine.
