The momentum of this program will still supersede his departure

I think he knew he was part of the perfect storm. And without Joe and several of the players we'll lose, he might not look like the hottest name next season so this is probably his best chance to make it big.

No need to melt. I have admitted on this board before I didn’t want Coach O hired. Dang was I wrong. Now I’m a believer. Coach O will replace him, because he knows how to run a program. This didn’t all just happen by accident.

Good luck, Joe! Just please be sure to leave a copy of that play book with Steve Ensminger and Myles Brennan. And thanks for the good times this year!

It's difficult to be vindictive because of his contributions to the team this year but he benefitted greatly from the chance he was given as well. I do not wish him well as long as he as he is coaching against the Saints. Maybe small and petty to many. So be it.

He will always be remembered as that coach who gave us the offensive blueprint to succeed against any defense we face, thereby reinvigorating and reinventing LSU football. From the start of the season to it's end, Coach Ensminger remained our playcaller. Ultimately it is up to this coaching staff to make the most out of the aforementioned offensive revamp in 2020 and beyond. Many thanks from all of Tiger nation for the invaluable teaching of Joe Brady in 2019.
