Very interesting that these guys don't believe they can complete and win a position so they are bailing. Or maybe they are looking for more NIL cash. Could be a combination of both. It will a work out in the end and we will be better in the long run.

There are at least 7 linemen (8 if Moore stays) left on the roster. The 4 who have gone into the portal could still end up at LSU next year. AND when the portal opens we will probably bring in a half dozen more (and don't forget we signed 2 out of high school in the early signing period) No time to panic people

Let Lane put and get this team in the right direction it deserves. Top players in their respective positions and good professional coaching to help them succeed. It certainly wasn’t happening with this position group and they saw the handwriting on the wall. The portal will get us the players we need along with recruits. I used temper harsh criticism for collegiate "kids". Not anymore. No player is binding to any University beyond the singular season that they are playing in.. that's 100 times worse than any NFL situation and structure. All these linemen entering the transfer portal is just laughable. I don't know what they were getting paid, but they were overpaid whatever it was and underperformed. Bring on whoever is next

Are these players literal morons? They were inept, uncoached, and now want to leave. This is addition by subtraction. They truly cannot be worse.
