LSU starting safety Grant Delpit has announced that he will have surgery on Monday after he suffered a shoulder injury during the Tigers Spring Game this weekend.


Delpit suffered a broken left collarbone and will need six weeks to recover after surgery, according to Ross Dellenger with The Advocate.

I broke my right collarbone and was back playing basketball in 4 weeks which is the exact number of weeks the dr originally said it would take to heal.
