Jerry Palm with CBS Sports updated his College Football Bowl projections this week and has LSU playing Kansas State in the Sugar Bowl on Dec. 31.

The projection would be a rematch from last year's Texas Bowl, which the Wildcats won 42-20. LSU had a depleted roster in the game and had to start fifth-year wide receiver Jontre Kirklin at quarterback under interim head coach Brad Davis.

LSU's all-time record against Kansas State is 1-1. The first game of the series came in 1980 when the Tigers won 21-0 in Baton Rouge.

What do you think about the possible rematch?

LSU would destroy KSU easily with an actual QB playing QB

I don't think KSU is going to make the playoffs.
