LSU Offers Texas HS Recruits Familiar With New DL Coach Bo Davis

New LSU defensive line coach Bo Davis extended offers to several defensive line recruits from the state of Texas last Friday:

Ukponu, Rink, and Guidry are all familiar with Davis as he also offered them when he was the defensive line coach at Texas.

Loading up on interior defensive linemen in 2025 is a priority for LSU after the recent turnover on the roster.

The Tigers lost Mekhi Wingo to Maason Smith to the NFL Draft but bring back Jacobian Guillory and backup Jalen Lee.

JUCO defensive lineman Shone Washington signed with LSU in December, and five-star Dominick McKinley will be signing in February. Outside of those four, the depth at defensive tackle is thin.
