Talented four-star weak-side defensive end Saivion Jones from Saints James, Louisiana announced his commitment to LSU on Wednesday night.

Jones picked the Tigers over offers from schools like Florida, Baylor, Texas A&M, and many others.

LSU now has 12 verbal commitments for the class of 2021 with Jones on board.

The 6-5, 234-pound prospect is rated the No. 10 weakside defensive end in the country and the No. 7 overall prospect from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2021, according to Rivals.
