Four-star safety Bryan Allen Jr. announced Thursday that he has de-committed from LSU's 2022 class and is reopening his recruitment.

The Aledo, Texas native originally committed to the Tigers back in April over Texas A&M, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, USC, and many other schools.

His departure leaves the Tigers with seven verbal commits for the class of 2022.

I don’t know why anybody looks at this bull shite anymore. Until somebody shows up on campus and gets fitted for the pads, I don’t put any stock into a recruit being committed

It's worse than that now with the transfer rule and the COVID opt out deal. They can show up, and even play some games and then decide - nah, I'm out. College football is waning.... sadly.

I am going to just quit paying attention to commitments until they actually sign. This is just a joke with these kids.

Don't need the life explanation. You're going back on your commitment. Got it. Good luck and hope you find success wherever you end up.
