For the "good news for LSU" crowd, are we not the front runners for him?

I wouldn't say it's good news for LSU I would say the kid is smart why rush anything when he doesn't even know who the coordinator will be. Smart move by that kid

also add that I don't think it's bad news for LSU either

Agree with both. That's what I see here. He wants to see who the coordinator would be and that's wise. There's no reason to rush it since he can wait until February.

Doing his due diligence. Upon closer examination he should be very comfortable with the improving situation at LSU.

Possibly good news for LSU. At least it keeps us still in the hunt. I haven't heard anything lately. But a month or so ago word here was that his mom wanted him to go to school in Texas. So waiting till Feb. He could be waiting to see who our DC will be and who Texas A&M DC will be. I don't if anyone has a real feel, he seem to be a pretty quiet kid.

I think he was scheduled to announce in early January, but after the Kelly hire, it started being rumored that he would announce in Feb to get more time to meet with the new staff at LSU. It looks like he is in fact waiting.
