Elite five-star cornerback Patrick Surtain Jr. from Fort Lauderdale, FL (American Heritage) unveiled his top six schools this week and included LSU in the mix.

His top schools are LSU, Alabama, Ohio State, Florida, Clemson, and Florida State.

Surtain Jr. is the consensus No. 1 cornerback in the country and the No. 1 player from Florida for the class of 2018.

His dad was a stallion at Edna Karr. I watched him beat the crap out of STM in the state playoffs. Former LSU TE Robert Royal was also on that Karr team. I guess he never left Florida.

Possibly the next Patrick Peterson type DB to some out of LSU? LSU is the place for top DBs. We sure could use this guy and possibly another big time DB from TX?

Hope he comes to LSU. I live very close to American Heritage. LSU has recruited kids from there with very little success.

Dad went to Southern Miss. He was the best player in La. but was not recruited by LSU. Big mistake.
