LSU guard Tremont Waters is working out at the NBA Combine in Chicago this week and is doing things that Tiger fans are used to seeing.

Waters is draining three-pointers, scoring with ease in the lane and being pesky on the defensive end.

His quickness on defense will offset his height and help separate him.

Always loved the dude's hustle and knack for the game. Best luck to him.

Height is important, but it ain't everything. Ask the giant from Maryland that fully extended his arms trying to block Waters at the buzzer but failed. Waters is lightning with the ball and can score on just about anyone due to that and his ball skills.

Why? He’s not going to grow any taller or improve his game anymore at LSU.

actually, Waters is the best example of when to go. The only big con for him is height, and he wasn't going to change that by coming back. He's had two good years here and got a lot of notice during the tournament. This is the time for him to go - he wasn't going to improve his draft stock next year.
