North Carolina State transfer guard Cam Hayes has announced that he has committed to LSU and new head coach Matt McMahon.

Hayes is a former four-star recruit from Greensboro, N.C., and started in 27 games during his two seasons with the Wolfpack. He averaged 7.0 points and 2.1 assists last year.

Hayes is the fourth transfer to join LSU along with Trae Hannibal and Justice Hill from Murray State and Kendal Coleman from Northwestern State.

Technically no one leaves until the draft. They can test the waters and come back. They can also test the portal and come back too

So what? Tari Eason averaged 7 points a game for a Cincinnati team that went 12-11 and now he’s a top 20 pick.

For real. We may get post season ban, but the SEC has good competition and there are lots of minutes available.
