Big Unit did start that game and Cal batted in 3rd, so I will forgive his memory slip. Does anyone know if Chan Ho Park means “Randy Johnson” in English, because then Cal would be correct? Regardless, with Jay, Wes, and Randy, the Johnson’s keep coming up for LSU Baseball.

Awesome that they got that experience! Cal is telling a little fishing tale here that wasn’t Randy Johnson pitching and both he and the pitcher were in the shadow at the time of the pitch, but hey his overall message is true they’ll have to find their ability to be clutch in the moment

Yeah, I don’t think Cal would lie on purpose at all. But you’re right that pitcher was right handed. Randy Johnson(the big unit) was like a 6’11” left-hander.

Story’s is probably correct. Maybe they just posted a clip from the wrong game

Yeah. He hit that home run off Park. I looked it up. Don’t profess to know that off hand
