LSU Baseball unveiled eight uniform combinations that they will wear this season, which included these throwback uniforms which players will wear on March 28th vs. Tulane.

THROWBACK UNIFORM - MARCH 28 VS. TULANE

LSU has worn throwback jerseys multiple times over the years. The first time came in 1993 during the original "Turn Back the Clock" game against Tulane at the Old Alex Box Stadium. Players from both teams wore old-fashioned uniforms and used wooden bats. The Tigers defeated the Green Wave, 6-3, in a game which commemorated LSU's 100-year baseball history.

LSU wore these uniforms on March 19, 2008 against Tulane during "Throwback Night". The uniforms were designed to commemorate LSU’s final season in historic Alex Box Stadium, which opened in 1938. The new throwback jersey and pants are both Nike Vapor Elite.

The 2017 squad will wear the throwback uniforms for the second "Turn Back the Clock" game on March 28 against Tulane.
