LSU beat them 16-7 and 16-8 last season. Do some of y’all really think the philosophy was that the games didn’t matter? It just so happens that typically our midweek openings are not as good as our weekend opponents once you get into SEC play.

Also, winning is contagious. Not prioritizing wins takes root your mind and when you need to rely on confidence and past experiences it comes back to haunt you.
