John Daly Not Afraid To Sell Merchandise In Augusta Hooters Parking Lot
Thomas J. Russo-USA TODAY Sports
The Masters is this week and John Daly is ready to move some merch. Daly and his RV were parked in the parking lot of Hooters in Augusta. Could this be any more Daly?

Not to mention they import Hooters girls to Augusta for Masters Week. But yeah, nothing new. Daly's been coming here for a while now.

This is nothing new Larry. JD has been all up and down Washington Road selling merchandise during Masters Week for the last 10 or 11 years. Hooters is his favorite spot tho.

Was at the Crowne Plaza Invitational in Fort Worth with my father-in-law and we had set up shop right behind the first green. John Daly hit one straight at us and it rolled right under our fold up chairs we had set up. We moved out of the way for Daly to hit. He chipped it and hit the flag in mid-air. We said to him, "I think that shot calls for a smoke." He turned and replied, "Hey I think you're right," and lit up a heater right there on the green. He is American as frick.

When I was a kid at The Memorial Tournament, Daly have me a golf ball between holes with a razorback on it. Pretty cool.

What you're describing isn't "American". Sometimes I wonder how the founding Father's interpretation got twisted so far from what it actually meant.
