I'm glad no one was seriously injured, the kangaroo did nothing wrong, was just being instinctive for its species, same for the human and the dog.

They can disembowel animals with their hind legs. That thing is far from not being able to fight back. The dog and him both could have been seriously injured had the kangaroo decided to kick.
