when Bama's starters start transferring to LSU then you can talk stupid shite like that.

They basically have their choice of recruits. This is just making room for more top recruits and will make them stronger

Maybe so, but let's hope the hell not!

Not that we want their third stringers but how would this work exactly? Say we did want one, our classes start on Monday. Would the dude just take a semester off at this point? The timing is so odd.

Scholarships are for 1 year so he can finish his coursework. Outs not like entering the portal means he's kicked out of school. If he transfers it will be after the school year end and before spring training camp at his new school.

Let me know when they have a starter transfer and not someone who won't see the field and was told to leave so they could bring in someone else who might make it.

I respect his decision

It's kinda funny and also sad that if these guys didn't make their "announcements" no one would really remember.

Did anybody see Baker on the field thisyear? Me neither.

He played in several games and had a big drop vs Cincy. He was a star in Nick's Doghouse as well.

Is this another walkon that Bama fans keep bitching about

Saban will quit over this, he's having to re recruit his own players and pay them
Reply3 days
He is plenty acquainted with paying them. That's nothing new.

When you trust the process and the team wins, you hang in there. When the team loses then it opens up the thoughts of the players as to if the staff had the best players out there. Right, wrong, or indifferent-Nick is going to have attrition too. Maybe he is processing all of their asses because he is pissed.

Would be awesome if Saban posted an..."I'm getting to old for this" meme, and watch the internet break with retirement talk. Rules were so consistent his whole life, and trying to keep up has to be annoying/frustrating. I know it has been for me. Ha.

Brutal!

Might be brutal if it were starters... you know anything about that?

Comment and Question. Kids together are made different. They was instant gratification and a lot seem to not to work to get it. They just expect to happen. If this portal existed 20 years ago, do we see this idiocy with all these transfer or do the players back then stick it out waiting for their chance to improve and play?

20 years ago we were all using dial up internet on desktops at home, no smart phones, etc. Was completely different then to where kids at that time didn’t have the exposure or the constant bug in their ear through social media about the grass being greener.

What is this romanticizing prior generations as though they would not do the exact same thing if put into today's environment. Sorry but kids are kids and they are not much different than they were a century ago. I think a lot of these posters are just trying to convince themselves they would never do the same thing.

it's funny how older generations criticize younger generations like yall didn't raise them
