I accidentally switched to desktop mode on my iPhone. I can't find the link at the bottom of the page to switch back to mobile. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
re: What kind of continued success are you ok with?

I’d be thrilled with the same success we’ve had over the last 20 years for the next 20. 5 sec titles, 3 national championships, and average 10 wins a year. Not bad.

Install 1/2” thick sheets of foil faced foam board on the bottom of the floor joists and foam all joints. This will prevent water vapor present in the crawl space from wicking into the new flooring via the subfloor which is causing the expansion.
re: Ticket office receiving overwhelming number of calls

I was told this exact same thing today when I called to cancel my 7 season tickets. They said they would email me a cancelation/Refund form to fill out. They didn't know exactly how the process would work due to the overwhelming number of requests but he did say that refunds for the current season are on the table.

Technically from Sunday Valley "I Wonder". The guitar sound is awesome.

I'm going through the process right now in Covington.... The underbeam SF is what you should have had preliminarily priced. Under beam is going for $100-150 SF (med\high end finishes possible.) in Covington. So a 3900sf house at $120 per SF would be $468,000.00. I was looking at houses that had big porches and out door spaces and realized I can't afford them, but it took me awhile to get to that point. And it took even longer for my wife to get that point. So we are now looking into a smaller house that is designed to utilize the space the best. Unfortunately housing prices are high bc the market is good and contractors aren't hungry. At least that's how I see it. Edit: Your first price came in at $92.35 per SF under beam which is probably about 120 if you include all the things your picking up.
I'm a builder on the Northshore and this is the most accurate info in the thread.

We have worked alot with Metro Studio in New Orleans. They have done some really cool projects and are the most knowledgeable architect we have worked with.

Not really sure what they are charging as the homeowner is contracting with them and we are in turn contracting with the owner.

I am a builder on the Northshore and highly recommend both Matt Voekel and George Hopkins. We have worked on many projects with both and both are great.

Not sure I agree with the Cobain being hung up on his image so much. He definitly could be miserable and whiney but that was a result of being a junkie just like Staley. Both were what they were, heroin junkies with incredible musical ability. I agree that both are great but I would say that Nirvana Unplugged is one of the greatest live performances of all time.
Alice In Chains vs Nirvana Unplugged

Which MTV unplugged performance/album was better? Nirvana played more covers and obscure songs whereas AIC played more of the popular songs. Both Cobain and Staley were on top of there game vocally. It's a toss up for me but I give the edge to Nirvana due to the fact that they produced something completely different from what was expected from them. BTW, IMO these two shows are the best thing MTV has produced in their near 30 year history.
