The Mets haven't "gone the other" direction. We've been playing > .500 ball since June after losing one of the top pitchers in baseball. Add that onto the fact the best player in the league will be back in a matter of days. These aren't excuses, just a realistic idea that Mets best baseball is ahead...

Which do you think is a better option week 1? I think both guys will be dependable a few games into the year, but week 1 is questionable. Obviously Gibson hasn't played an NFL game yet and isn't listed as Washington's RB1, but I also think it'll take a few weeks for Burrow to get the hang of things....

Injuries and recruiting classes during the hovering dark cloud years have killed us. Honestly got kind of lucky that past few years with Luke Maye and Cam Johnson becoming the players they were. Plus Coby White was not supposed to be a one-and-done.
Seems as though we are turning some kind of corn...

guys like Dalvin Cook and Henry? Is it just a matter of playing in a worse offense? Or is he simply just not as good?
I’ll stan LF till the day I die, but it’s seems peculiar he hasn’t been as good as you think he would with the natural talent he has....
