re: 3 year old potty training issues

We had the same issue with one of my twin boys. We would make him go commando. The first time he wet himself with no underwear or pullups he hated it. The few times he had accidents was b/c he would have gone days without pooping. He eventually caught on quick. Definitely had to praise and reward him etc.
re: Mortgage lenders calling non stop - make it stop

When your lender did a soft pull they had your phone number in the file which can be seen by all kinds of mortgage companies. Tell your lender the next time he pulls your scores to take your phone number off your application so it won't show up and you won't receive all those calls. He can add your phone number back in your file/application after they pull credit and can proceed with your loan application.

My name is Clayton Thompson with First South Farm credit. Ashley is no longer doing land loans, I am the loan officer that took her place. Feel free to email me at cthompson@firstsouthland.com or call my office 225-658-0596 for any questions you may have.
Yes! Had mine 15 years ago. Starting to notice that my vision is not as good as it was but still don't need glasses. Would 100% do it again if I need to.

Twin dad of 2 year old boys here… the feeding and sleeping schedule is a must and like a few others said Moms on call worked us as well. We had ours sleeping through the night at 3-3.5 months and it was a life saver. Many people will try and give you advice on certain things to that worked for their baby, but you have to keep in mind what might work for one might not work for the other, so their will be some trial and error until you find a happy medium. You and your wife need to work as a team and if y’all can do that you will be fine. It’s going to be crazy at first, but it does get easier. Congrats and good luck.
It works now, but no sound. (Cox BR)

re: For folks with 2+ kids, what made you stop at 2 or go for a 3rd one?

Wife and I had twin boys (will be 2 in April) and we are done. It was a tough pregnancy for her, and financially it would be tough with a 3rd. Plus, I'm 39 and she's 37 and we can't go through the sleepless nights etc. again.
My wife and I went through the same thing. A few weeks before she went on bed rest they (HR) informed her that we would have to cover her insurance payments while she was on leave. HR did tell her that while she was still working she could take out double the amount that comes out of her check to cover some of the payments while she was out. Of course it only covered about 4 weeks after she used all of her PTO etc. Had they told us this sooner we probably could have had all 12 weeks covered. The rest we paid out of pocket from her short term disability. It sucked.
