I was in the same predicament. I just purchased and installed this Safety First deadbolt cover. So far it has worked well.

I think it was a combination of less than helpful agents along with the need for SW to pull the trigger on flight cancellations. I guess the more experienced agents can foresee the upcoming cancellations and help the customers out in advance (and maybe reducing their call load for the future).

SW may have also slightly changed their internal policies to be a bit more strict. Maybe helps keep people from taking advantage in less catastrophic circumstances.
I called SW 2x earlier today and they were going to make me pay fare difference (expensive since last minute). However after say noon today it sounds like Southwest has cancelled all flights in and out of MSY through Sept. 11th (according to SW rep I just got off the phone with). My Thursday flight showed cancelled in the SW app, but I could not change it online. I called SW for the third time today and this time had no problem requesting a different departure location (Hobby) for my Sept 2nd flight (did not have to pay the fare differences). They also rebooked my Sept 6th return flight to MSY, now to HOU with no fare difference required. Call SW now to get your flight changed. I had a 35 min call-back time at 1:00 PM.
I took the test April 2014. Graffeo's The Electrical Engineers Guide to Passing the Power PE Exam is probably your best source for breadth of information. Also checkout the Power Exam section on Engineerboards.com for other people's study information. You will definitely need a copy of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and I would bring a copy of the NESC. I did not take a review course so cannot comment there, but the talk on engineerboards.com points to the GA Tech course (available online I believe) as one of the better ones. The Electrical - Power exam does not require nearly as many references as the others (e.g. Civil - Structural).

One word of advice is make sure you can do and understand in-depth all of the NCEES practice problems and the Graffeo practice problems.
