this thread is shortbus. why the hate on ingram ??

watch: mid-season next year the complainers are gonna be the ones slurping his coconuts :wah:

The burning question I have now is whether the Saints have ever TWO playoff game on the road.

wtf
therm,

thanks for that. im the same way, like: does miami NOT count for some reason ?? that was a pretty big away game.... haha
sorry, fives

ingram's dope. hands down, he was an awesome acquisition; he just hasnt been able to show his worth yet.. he's gonna have a hellava year next season.
he made the first touchdown for us in super bowl xliv, and showed almost everything he had right there for the whole world to see. it was quite legendary.

a glorious link

smith is the reason the falcons lost--eli too, arguably or not haha

smith's calls, his stubborn decisions.. not all of his plays are stupid. when they played the saints and he went for it on fourth and one, and they missed. they lost the game, but it was a good call for the play. but it's in his head to do that for every single time the game is too tight for comfort.

sometimes you only have two points on the board and youre at the twenty-something yard line. sometimes you need to put actual offensive points on the boards !!

"C'mon Man"

that showed some idiot-ism

im a saints fan through and through, win lose or fail i love my saints. but im also a fan of the nfc south. we are teams that beat the shite out of each other every year to try and achieve a playoff birth. any team not playing us, i always root nfc south first. so im a bit of a falcons fan, too. and mike smith needs to stop being mike smith. i hope he takes the punch in the eye and becomes a better couch.

hahahaha that will be awesome
stafford's shoulder is hurt, theyll start the game by running the ball a lot and try to wear down our D.

last year playing seattle, we ran out of running backs; that's not at all the case this year haha

they may have suh and we may play without vilma. but we're playing the superdome at seven pm.

saints all the way. (besides, someone midway through the first quarter will likely say something smart at suh and he'll have to go bipolar again and get kicked out for the rest of the year.)
ive never tried the justin tv app. i will this sunday just to try it out for future reference.

but. justin.tv has been real hit or miss this year. two games we were watching via the laptop connected to the tv were shut down before halftime and we couldnt get it going.

verizon customers get free games. but im with att so i dont know anything about that other than ive watched a couple of monday night games while at work this year over a friends' shoulder.

if you have the direct tv and the nfl ticket, you can use their app for android to watch the game. (i dont know much about that either, as we are covered in trees and use uverse.)

other than that.. if you have a close personal friend who would understand your plight, he could put a cam in front of the tv he'd be watching the game from and have it zoom to his tv screen and you could catch it that way.

or. you could get lucky with the time of kickoff....

Drew Brees #2 in MVP race according to Sando...

Rodgers has had a better year.

I would disagree. Drew Brees has the yardage record (Marino's) and a good chance at breaking his own comp % record. Rodgers has a couple more TD passes and a few less INT's.

Brees didn't throw a few more interceptions, he threw more than double the interceptions Rodgers did. Rodgers has thrown more touchdowns than Brees. His team has a better record. His passer rating is more ten points higher than his nearest competitor.

Rodgers threw for less yards, but that might be because GB had way more takeaways and was usually winning pretty substantially. Also, an outdoor, northern QB will generally throw for less yards than an indoor QB.

I didn't say it wasn't close or that I didn't think Brees hasn't had an unbelieveable year or that I don't want him to win it, but Rodgers had a better year.

thanks, client. i was gonna have to use my own breath.

and i also agree.. the big market small market theory that is being kicked around here is short bus.

manning won the mvp for the season the same year brees won mvp for the super bowl. peyton had a better year in the regular season. this year, up to this sunday, rodgers has had the better season. completion percentage, passer rating, and turn overs. what records brees breaks, those are long standing records, most of them, and have little to do with the games being played this season. obviously the criteria for who will win is set. and none of it has anything to do with marino's 1984 record or unitas' 50-plus year old record.

and with all that said, id still like to see brees win the mvp hahah but unless rodgers has a downright ugly horrible game while brees has an incredible one, i dont see that happening..

We should play Brees maybe a half and then rest up for Atlanta.

naw, he needs to always be competiting. gotta keep brees focused because this is crunch time. we have to battle the panthers and then the falcons again. cant get ready for a team like the falcons by sitting and resting.

save it for the nfc championship
also. tied with brady (at 32) for most nfl completions in a super bowl.

At what point can we stop calling him "Matty Ice"? The idiots at espn continue pushing that one.
