LSP policy is to pull onto the shoulder IF the vehicle can be completely removed from the roadway. If the vehicle cannot be completely removed from the roadway, they are required to use the directional light bar (the arrows pointing to the left) and leave the cruiser fully in the lane of travel.

The rationale is that it is easier for an approaching driver to perceive that a vehicle is completely blocking a lane of travel than it is to perceive that a vehicle is partly blocking the lane (which is safer and makes a collision less likely if the cruiser is fully blocking the lane). If they can get all the way on the shoulder, they are supposed to do that. I had to talk to a trooper about that this week.
I stopped going to Don Juan after going to Habana Port once. The staff at Habana Port is head and shoulders more knowledgeable and helpful than Don Juan.

Selection and staff at Habana Port is MUCH better. One thing they will also do I have never seen another cigar merchant do is they will check the sticks you pull for pitting or any minor imperfections and they will switch out what you pick for others in the box that are higher quality.

I don't care about chilling or hanging out so I can't comment on that aspect, but if all you care about is the smoke, then go to Habana Port.
I have a right to hire ESL workers for my business because they actually show up and do their job and save me money.

You have a right to take your business elsewhere if you don't want to talk to my ESL workers.

You don't have a right to make me cater to your preferences when you chose to do business with me.

Go your separate ways. Problem solved.

Same code. I was in the queue at 9:00 AM (2000+ ppl) and got through by about 9:25 and can't buy anything. the search parameters tell me I am only searching between $100 and $101 but won't let me adjust it. Several tix are available un stubhub b/w $294 and $6,860. I guess they got sold out

Respectfully disagree. Most attorneys I know who have actually worked with him would disagree as well.

A big reason they get backed up is because dumbass patients can't give a concise history or complaint and can't answer a simple question with a concise answer. Either that or the patient wants to bullshite about irrelevant information like how their day is going or what Karen said to them at the office (patients call this "bedside manner" and grade their physicians on it but it is completely irrelevant to patient care).

If patients could communicate more clearly and concisely, there wouldn't be as much back-up.

Not saying OB/GYN's are more susceptible to this because of their patient population, but I really am.
maybe VPBear will comment on who they think Attorney B and Co-Conspirator A are...

one big reason the insurance industry wants to decrease the jury trial threshold is because it takes a lot longer to get a jury trial on the docket and tried than a Judge trial. The longer it takes, the longer the ins co can keep its money in the market and earning them money (and the more likely it is that something goes wrong with the pla's case or pla is willing to take less).

Beyond who is deciding the case, lowering the jury threshold provides a marked strategic advantage to the defendant and has little to do with the merits of the claim. call me cynical, but its true.

Not to interject rationality, but caps won't do anything for the OP. The article also didn't seem to say anything about rates for consumers (only that payouts went down and reduced the number of suits). Fewer suits/ less payouts is good, but that really only benefits the insurance companies. I believe there is research suggesting the current way most states do tort reform doesn't have much benefit for consumers.

If you want my two cents, prohibit plaintiff attorneys from paying chiros and hack docs to treat the "victims" and that will reduce a LOT of frivolous claims. Or just take the licenses of the chiros and hack docs rubber-stamping road wreck pts and pumping them up with opioids or cutting on them with little justification or conservative care

Felt sorry for lem and Ronny. At least Lem isn't getting arse raped in prison

My personal tastes are medium/full to full but flor de los Antilles are medium and I have always enjoyed them. They are also fairly high rated (won best cigar of the year a few years ago if you put any stock in that).

I honestly can't tell who's being serious and who's trolling in this thread.

First, did Jesus ever say anything about gays or getting stoned (weed, not actual stones)?

Second, why is anyone quoting Paul if we're taking about Jesus?

working in a kitchen-- hot and loud.

Only positives are you sweat it our pretty quick and can always take a breather in the walk-in cooler to settle everything down
