Same thing happened to me! I had a friend connect the common wire I found in the wall to the unit in my attic and I haven’t had an issue since.

That baby did not ask for the torment she endured. Regardless of the mothers political affiliation (and I can assure you she is not some liberal hack) no innocent child deserves that. She put her child in a Baptist Church MDO program thinking her child would be safe.

I wonder if the other two delinquents will be charged with murder if they’re caught.

I had a maintenance man check the freon already and he said it was fine.
Do you have anyone in Baton Rouge you can recommend to double check the freon and that knows what they are doing to check the wires?

Yeah…. I just climbed out of my attic and of course the blue wire isn’t hooked up there.

If all common wires are blue, I found it!

Google Nest Power Connector - Nest Thermostat C Wire Adapter - C Wire Adapter for Smart Thermostat - Nest Thermostat Accessories
I had this installed. Do I still need to have the common wire installed? Is that a DIY project or should a professional do that?
Edit: there’s a blue wire in the wall. Is it safe to assume that’s the common? Should I uninstall the adapter?

I tried and it still short cycled. I also disconnected theNest temperature sensor I had in the nursery thinking maybe it was confusing the system and that also didn’t help.
A/C short cycling

I installed a Nest thermostat in December. My old thermostat had wires connected to Y1, G, W1, RH, and a jumper wire to RC. Those wires were connected to the Nest (minus the jumper wire as there is a built in jumper wire) and all of the system tests passed minus the a/c as it was colder than 40 degrees outside and Nest won’t allow you to run the a/c. I had no issues with the system until February rolled around and the a/c began to short cycle. A common wire adapter was installed on the inside unit and the problem went away for about an hour when the system started to short cycle again. Only the inside unit is short cycling - outside runs continuously. I’ve had a maintenance man check the Freon and I’ve change the filter in the hallway. Nest customer service told me to try a different Nest to see if the device was the problem. I installed the new Nest and same issue kept happening. I put the old thermostat back on with the jumper wire and still the system is short cycling.
Before I call an HVAC company, I wanted to see if there was anything else I could do. If not, does anyone have an company or tech they recommend?

And episode 3 - saw someone recommended this show in the 1883 thread and have not been disappointed.
Does anyone know why Miss. Scott needed to talk to a lawyer?

There’s a premium plan for $10/month but it says that a few shows will still have ads.
I also agree they aren’t making it to Oregon but hopefully they’ll be able to gather up enough supplies from the thieves to continue on. Episode 7 definitely made up for how slow the first 6 episodes have been. For a moment, I thought the guy she raced was the one who shot her in the first episode (still keep waiting to see her change into her white dress).

You are not going north to Kansas from Texas, to get to Oregon. That would leave you crossing the Rockies at it’s most widest part. You go south of the Rockies (New Nexico, Arizona), basically, the future Route 66 or I-10. You can’t go north to the Dakotas and then cross west, because the winter will kill 1/2 the people.
That makes sense but the Dutton family ended up in Montana. I don’t think they would have done that without going North first.

Abilene. I originally thought they meant Abilene, Kansas (Chisholm Trail) but there is no where to cross the Brazos from Fort Worth to Abilene, KS. It would have been the Red River they crossed. I wonder if that’s a mistake on Sheridan’s part.
Also, on the road west (behind the scenes special) Sheridan mentions James is Johns great great great grandfather which contradicts Tim saying he’s his great grandfather.

Thanks! Definitely not opposed to flying to Tobago. Is it major airlines or small hopper flights we’ll have to catch?
Things to do in Trinidad
Posted by PrettyinPink on 1/14/21 at 1:56 pm
Flight to Scotland was cancelled today so I’m looking at places to go to this summer and there are cheap flights out of Houston to Trinidad.
Any recommendations on where to stay, things to do, places to avoid?

Hotels all around NRG are out of water and they just rolled through the cook-off telling us to conserve water because they didn’t have anymore.

re: What are the New Orleans city ordinances for number of pets allowed in a home?

It doesn't give you a specific number but some minimum requirements per pet.
Sec. 18-2.1. - Minimum standards of care for animals.
