FWIW - Daniels sat down with Moscona during the SEC media days and when asked which under the radar WRs are set to shine this season, he specifically mentioned Lacy in the slot (big catch radius) and Aaron Anderson
Oh yeah - you ever know who will stop in for a set. Rogan claims the green room is a who’s who of incredible comedians on any given night. Recently went for a standard Rogan + Friends show and ended up seeking Ron White, Brian Simpson, Tony Hinchcliff, and Tom Segura.

Even the open mic nights will randomly have a big comic pop in for a set
I find it odd that with all the money she’s been able to re-secure after the lawsuit, she still has an outdated, sunken living room with carpet
Many times. Take clients there regularly when I’m able to score tickets (Kill Tony sells out months in advance), but you can typically find tickets for other shows if you have fast internet service and can get in the queue as soon as the tickets drop.

If driving, park at the lot at 608 Red River. They recently installed cameras. As for food recs, don’t overthink it. Walk over to Casino El Camino for a badass burger and some great 80s vibes, then make the 3 min walk over to the Mothership.

It’s a great club. Rogan has single handily turned Austin into a comedy Mecca
I’ll echo the Wimberly recommendations. Fun town for a weekend getaway, especially in the summer.

We stay at the Wimberly Inn (centrally located and has a cool little bar) and make it a focus to go hang out at the Blue Hole — headwaters of a spring fed creek that flows through the town. Afterwards, walk over to Community Pizza and Beer Garden

You also have Jacobs Well nearby, although it closed indefinitely to bacteria caused by the drought

re: Looking for a mid-sized suv

Good info in this thread. We’re also in the market and my wife really likes the new Infiniti QX60. Good looking car, but I’ve always avoided Nissan/Infiniti - too many CVT horror stories. Now that they’ve moved back to naturally aspirated, my interest is renewed.

Anyone have experience with the new Infiniti SUVs?

Met her on the LSU campus when they were filming the original Pitch Perfect. Lovely lady - very bubbly personality.
Blanco has undergone an awesome transformation over the past 15 years and is worth looking into

- Blanco state park for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding

- great restaurant options like Uptown Blanco, Redbud Cafe and Old 300 BBQ

- Real Ale Brewery

- two great whiskey and gin distilleries in Milam and Green + Andalusia

- unique gelato and cheese shop called Oro Bianco. They use water buffalo cream - their product is fantastic

The Lavender Festival is a fun time - early June. And if you’re willing to go on an insanely difficult “hike,” check out The Narrows. Have to be very careful not to break trespassing laws but there is a legal way to get there. It makes for a very long day, but is one of the most majestic hidden gems in the state.

A perfect day in the Keys;

Hop in a convertible and drive down to the beach at Bahia Honda. Stop at Lazy Days in Marathon for lunch on the water. Head back, shower up then grab cocktails at Lorelei for an epic sunset. Finish your day with dinner at Ziggie and Mad Dogs

Cheers

Just saw him in Austin a few nights ago at The Creek and the Cave. He murdered up there - one of the best shows I’ve ever seen
My boss was going on 2 years of no smell/taste and was referred to Dr. Ashley Prince out of The Woodlands.

After the first session, he walked into a sub shop and broke down crying when he smelled the bread baking. Sounds like witchcraft but there are several news articles written about her techniques. Might be worth giving it a shot

re: Anyone here use Kratom?

Posted by ODHtiger on 7/4/20 at 1:53 pm to
I’ve used Kratom regularly for about 6 years now - several times per week. Helped curb my nightly drinking habit and relieves stress and anxiety. My wife also appreciates the anti-anxiety effects, although she has a very low tolerance so even the slightest overdose makes her sick.

It’s definitely habit forming so I tend to take 4-6 week breaks every now and then - no withdrawal symptoms aside from difficulty falling asleep naturally for the first couple of days.

I have also had my complete liver panel bloodwork done every several times over the past few years. My doctor was aware of my kratom use so he carefully analyzed me and my liver. No change at all. Liver and blood numbers had no fluctuations. This is a plant that’s been used medicinally for thousands of years in Asia - when buying from reputable online vendors (not shady head shops or gas stations), the stuff is about as safe of a substance as there is. When combined with a good edible, you’ll float out into another galaxy
