I saw something on TV saying that the State or City has only issued 3 permits to rebuild.

No idea if it's true, but sounds about right for CA. I thought they were cutting the red tape to get people rebuilding faster.

I feel sorry for those who lost everything and all the dumb bullshite they will have to do to rebuild.

I was thinking about getting a Tundra has a 2006 put 250k miles on it.

However, after doing a lot of research, and Toyota recalling 100k engines, I will wait until they can build one that does not require a full engine replacement.

I saw a lot of people having the same issues with the Hybird engine also!

Toyota used to be reliable, not so sure anymore.

If you search a little I think you can take your tundra to mechanic or toyota to look for something that shows if you have metal in the engine.

Bell is the worst!!! I have same kind of house but it's 2400 sqft and 2 story, and after 1st month there was enough water coming off the duck work in attic to fill a swimming pool! Both Builder and Bell were not helpful at all!!!!The POS 3.5 ton unit zone system they put on was terrible not nearly enough for 2400 sqft! I had a very reputable local company owner is a friend of the family. He pulled out everything done by builder and bell, put in a 5 ton unit and now it works great! Don't buy any house over 2400 sqft with anything less than a 5 ton!!!

I went with Safe Point premium was not much higher but my Name Storm Deductible is 2% or $6000. Much higher than my previous policy which as $500 deductibles for both fire, theft etc, and same for hurricane deductible

I have been very skeptical of Bitcoins, and all the other coins. I did see what appeared to be a well informed on crypto markets specialist on a Finance tv show. He had me thinking more open minded & bullish on crypto for long run. The reporter asked various people "Are things in your life becoming more digital or less" I would think a high percentage of people would answer Yes. I thought about it and realized everything will be going digital can't see us going backwards building analog products!

I think crypto is here to stay and will be used as currency for almost everything within 5, 10, maybe 15 years.

However our elected idiots, The SEC, and other regulatory agencies along with the FED will probably way over regulate the shite on all the crypto coins. After the regulations are leaked to media before they go into effect. I would imagine the market would price that bad news a few weeks prior to new rules effective date. which probably cause a sizable decline in price, and that would be the time to buy a few coins with your disposable income.
