I bought a set of Toyo Open Country RT's and really like them. Have some aggressiveness to them and ride great.

Think it stands for Shreveport.
re: Shorter deer seasons, lower limits eyed by LDWF

Shortening the season or reducing tags won't do a thing. All that it will do is penalize the ones not doing wrong. There are people that shoot deer 12 months out of the year. How will this stop them? As far as making it more like Missouri, Illinois or places like that, it won't happen. The food sources are not here. Dr. James Kroll did a test to see what benefitted antler growth more, food or genetics. People need to read that. You also have to take into account terrain. I've hunted Illinois and those deer can't move hardly without being seen. I shoot one or two deer a year for the simple fact that's all my family consumes but I'm not going push my views on someone else trying to show I'm right and they're wrong. I don't know of anyone that has trouble seeing deer so it seems to me people either need to devote more time or find more land.
Speed crowd is what I was told and fish as far back as you can get. Not sure in color.
No trailer sticker. The dealer will also give you the paperwork needed to keep you legal until your boat registration comes in the mail in which you will then need to buy registration numbers/letters which you will find on the LDWF Registration. Make sure to install year sticker and lettering/numbers as dictated on the registration.
re: 2016 Ford F-150 Has Mini Reversed Steering Wheel For Driving Backwards
Posted by Tigerstro on 5/22/15 at 10:47 pm to Purple Spoon
I read an article on it and it said it automatically backed the trailer up, not you steering with the knob, and also controlled the brake and gas. Have to put some type of tape strip on the trailer so the truck can reference it's orientation.
Just bought a set of Toyo Open Country RT's. Hardly any road noise, ride good and have a 45,000 mile warranty.
I bought a CVA Elite Stalker but liked the H&R way better. Guess I better try to run one down if I can. I finally found one on the Internet but it's a site I've never heard of.
35 Whelen Handi Rifle

Does anyone know if they still chamber the H&R Handi Rifle in 35 Whelen? Every where I have looked showed them out of stock like this chambering has been discontinued. Currently have a CVA but liked the H&R I had better.

When my wife and I built a couple of years ago I bought the poly pipe, couplings and risers and ran my own gas line. Atmos is out gas provider and set out meter for free being we run our tankless water heater, furnace and cooktop off of natural gas. Our bill averages $50 a month. Supplies cost me about $250 to run +/- 150 feet of line.

I tried everything until I finally pulled my scope off. Unfortunately I pulled it off because I bought a new scope thinking it was bad.

The only time I had this happen the bases were loose.
Had this problem once. I set the camera about three feet off the ground and aimed down a little more and it fixed my issues.

It was decided to leave Grand Bayou as is and evaluate next year due to Sea wall and other miscellaneous repairs that could not be scheduled in time.
re: Looking for a turnkey contractor to build on lot. Has anyone used Schumacher?
Posted by Tigerstro on 6/1/14 at 12:43 am to Franktowntiger7
Schumacher in Shreveport built our house. I can't speak for the other branches but there is ABSOLUTELY no way I would ever speak highly of this bunch. A new general manager was hired right after our house was completed and we have a busted tub, warped sheetrock, no grout under edges on tile, warping flooring and seams are visible enough to tell complete sheets of sheetrock in the ceiling. Schumacher refused to warranty any of it in the one year warranty as they were supposed to.
re: Ford Ecoboost
Posted by Tigerstro on 2/4/13 at 9:59 pm to jordan21210
I have the Ecoboost in my current F-150 and had the 5.0 in my last one. I have had zero problems and would not buy another F-150 unless it had the Ecoboost. The gas mileage is the same on both but I can pull whatever I want to and my mpg doesn't change. It's the only gas burner I've been in that a bass boat seems to not be there, especially passing someone.
re: Are Can-Am's worth the money
Posted by Tigerstro on 1/7/13 at 7:30 pm to lv2bowhntAU
I had a Can Am Commander 1000. Had more power than you could ever need. The only problem is for what I use one for which is hunting and yard duty it wasn't a good fit. I had a Rhino before it and only kept the Can Am for 6 months. Sold it and bought a Ranger with power steering and absolutely love it.
re: "Hey Miles, you watching this offense?"
Posted by Tigerstro on 1/4/13 at 10:20 pm to L S Usetheforce
If you can't score points you at least have to have an offense capable of getting first downs to limit the opposing teams offense. It does not matter how great your defense is when you run 49 offensive plays and the opponent runs 101 offensive plays. I keep seeing people say that a good offense and a good defense can't be part of the same team. Why can it not?
Famous Excuses
Posted by Tigerstro on 1/4/13 at 4:29 pm
I don't post on here much but just find a few things funny. The most common excuses or come backs on here are actually kind of hilarious.
Coaching- Anytime this comes up someone always says Miles is not replaceable. My question is, what did he achieve at Okie St.? Did he win a championship? No.
Next comparison is always Saban. What did he accomplish before LSU? No championships, not hardly anything. Actually if I remember right he had never won a bowl game.
With that being said, how can one always make the assumption another coach could or could not be successful at LSU based off of these examples?
Then comes the famous 90's. Who cares what happened in the 90's? Everything has changed since the 90's. It does not matter what happened then, what matters is what is happening now. There's no reason to worry about the past when it can't do anything. Only doing what's best for the future and now can accomplish anything so why does "do you remember the 90's" always come up?

Auburn always plays up for LSU. Arkansas does the same so don't be surprised if that game is close also.
