How many SEC basketball teams make the tourney?

The SEC is extremely weak this year. It's possible with the RPI of the overall conference, the SEC may only get 3 or 4 teams into the tourney. That doesn't leave a whole lot of room for error when it comes to LSU making it. Even finishing 2nd in the west may not be good enough. LSU has to win th...

So how many teams does the weak SEC have to get into the tournament for LSU to get in? If the SEC only gets 3 or 4 teams in, does LSU make it?
