I didn’t realize Dixon was a gay. Interesting plot twist. I don’t really care, but usually they’re not football people. I thought he was married to the chick on WBRZ?

Franques isn’t the answer. I’m sure he’s a great guy and obviously loves LSU, but LSU football isn’t his strong suit.

Give Dixon a shot. Last year was anemic in the stadium from a PA standpoint. Dixon does a great job with Catholic, so why not? Just not a repeat of last year.

They can. That’s the point most are missing. The money is there already. Tax assessor does a terrible job. Many properties have not been reassessed in years. The solution should be what you’ve suggested not fleece the taxpayers for another 1% (it’s not 1¢ as has been previously mentioned in this thread) over the next 20 years. We already have one of the highest sales tax rates in the country, the economy is going the wrong direction, and the idiots that are currently in office chose this as the route to to try and make up for their shortcomings.

Anyone in LP that’s upset about this not passing, please attend a school board and parish council meeting, and see what your elected officials are up to. I’d say it’s comical, but they’re making significant decisions in those rooms.

Haha. This made me smile because I know exactly what you mean, but I will tell you as she grows up, like with any child, you’ll learn to enjoy each stage of her growing older. It goes by faster than you’d think. If/when y’all have more you go through the whole thing again. Cherish the memories along the way. And always remember that while you’re raising your child, you’re also raising someone’s future wife and mother.

Apparently not if you're rich enough. Feelings and political correctness have allowed evil to prevail in our country. This judge should be removed from the bench and this trust fund rapist should be in prison. How does the judge feel about the safety of the victim I wonder? How does this allow other victims to come forward when you've now set a precedent that prison is 'not safe' for a rapist. Should this rapist victimize anyone else, this judge should be held liable and subject to the same charges plus accessory as the rapist.
