My ticket say to enter my gate from 12:30 until 1:10pm. Will we not be allowed to enter after that? ...

If you just need a copy and not a certified copy then the funeral home that handled their services should have a copy. If it’s been since 2012 then the clerk of courts office should have one and you can get it same day. If all else fails then order online through Vital records or their is a service ...

There is no Louisiana law requiring a vault (or casket for that matter) but some cemeteries do require some sort of outer buria...
