Find a storage facility for sale. you could find one around 30,000 feet for about 1.5 mil. 500,000 down, hire one employee. should generate around 125,000+ a year. We own 6 and mailbox money is great.

I have been dipping for over 30 years. Finally kicked it. Try buying Smokey Mountain Herbal snuff. Start mixing it in with you regular dip. Slowly over time, decrease your regular dip and increase Smokey Mountain. Once 100% Smokey Mountain, you can either quit or continue. You have to get the nicotine out of your system. Took me 2 months, but damn it feels good to kick it.

To Baton Rouge, go to Liberty, MS and then South. Not sure how you can get into Gonzales from there though.

In my experience, it is better to have a single camp site. !st day, canoe down and they bring you back. Second day they bring you upriver and you canoe back to camp site. It is a ton easier without all of your camping gear (which I promise you will get wet).
My daughter was caught speeding and we put a device that plugs into the portal under the steering wheel. Got it from MOTO Safety. Works fairly well from computer, smartphone, or tablet. Best Value I could find.

My 13 yr old and 9 yr old have been the last few years. Had a good time, but did not learn a great deal. They divide the boys up into teams and play ball games the whole time. The games are played in the outfield of the old box. Not on the infield. You may want to try another camp if you want them to learn more about how the game is really played.
