The only rules for transferring are you have five days to enter the portal after your teams last game. You can stay in the portal until you sign but if you wait too long all the good spots on good teams may be gone
I would also add that there are twelve teams that aren’t going to loose anyone or if they do a few for a few more weeks

It wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world. I know people are hot and cold on nuss but freshman qbs are more often then not suspect at best. They flash and then they infuriate. I will take a veteran 99 out of a 100 times in college. Big difference in an 18 year old and a 23/24 year old
