In the section I was at (241 I think), the nearest concession stand was out of hot dogs 20 minutes before the game even started and out of sausage when I went back in the 2nd half. How the **** does that happen?!??

Holy shite, this was good.

What's this

It is when you tease through multiple key numbers...usually the 3 and the 7. It is one of the only ways you can get an advantage on the book.

For example, the Vikings are +2 right now against the Seahawks and the Saints are +2.5 against the Pats. If you did a two team, 6 point teaser, you would get the Vikings +8 and Saints +8.5..typically at -110 odds. If you add another team, that generally pays +180.
In the past 5 years, dude has beaten up more cars on the street than men in the octagon.

I don't mean to be all First Take, but he is perhaps the greatest waste of talent in the history of sports.
I'll probably go with the 49ers.
First player that came to mind was Tom Brady, but it looks like Michigan lost to Saban's Michigan St. team in 1999.
It's technically legal now, but there are no Louisiana sportsbooks are up and functional yet.

I assume neither Laberge nor any of the other casinos around BR have their sports books up and running yet?

Not yet. I think they are still working through all the paperwork and whatnot. Sucks for everyone that they haven't gotten it ready for football season.

If you want to place a legal bet at a sportsbook, you'll have to head to Mississippi.
Thursday was good to me. Won a unit with OSU covering the 13.5 and my 3 team ML parlay of UTEP (week 0), OSU, and App St. got there for 0.8 units.

I have UNC -4.5 (-110) and need Duke to win to finish out a two team tease where App St. won the first leg. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on Wake -32 because ODU stinks and Wake can put up points against lesser opponents.

Bet UCF - 6 1/2 AND Tulsa -22

Anyone like anything in tenn game? need another game to bet. have to look at the later games tonight

Bowling Green was absolutely awful last year. They lost by at least 30 to MAC teams. If I had to make a pick, I'd look at Tennessee 1st half -23...but I also don't trust Tenn to have it figured out.

I’m in the same predicament as you. I’ve come to rely on sports insights for my bets and they don’t seem to be updating it.

I stumbled on the action network and it doesn’t seem to have the content I’m looking for. I have found where it will show the percentage of bets, but I have not seen the line movements. Sports Insights was easy to see it all in one place.

If you look on the main page of college football games, you can see the first column is the opening line, the second column is the current line, and then the third column is the total.
I recommended one in this thread LINK

It shows percentage of bets and percentage of money as well as opening lines and line movement. You will also be able to see which sportsbook is offering the best number so you can get the most value out of your bets.

Anyone use Bovada? I just made an account this week.

I have a Bovada account and a local book. Once Louisiana goes live with legal betting, we will really be able to shop around on Action Network app.

Also a big fan on the Action App. Makes it super easy to add bets when you load which book you're using it will just pull those lines in. Their podcasts are good too, been tailing Stuckey for years.

Me too man. Love listening to the pod and jotting down their opinions as I pretend to be working, so I can tail some of the picks. Been listening to their pod since it was called DeGen and Juice with the terrible theme song lol.
I think I am going to tail you guys on Western Michigan +17. *adds to card*
This is what I have so far for this week(end).

Ohio State -13.5 (-110)
UNC -4.5 (-110)
Two team - 6pt teaser - App St -4.5 / Duke 0.5 (-110)
Marshall -3 (-110)
Three team moneyline parlay - UTEP (week 0), Ohio St., App St (-125)

I use the Action Network app (LINK to track all my picks.

You guys have it? My name is aknoblach on there. LINK

Lol Rovell stinks, but this app is actually legit. I don't know why they hired Darren...he knows jack shite about betting and is the internet's punching bag.

He can't add much to their bottom line which is ironic because all Darren does is erroneous talk about how dumb shite like Khabib taking a Coke bottle off a press conference table somehow costs Coca-Cola 4 billion dollars.

Best Sports Betting App?

With college and pro football upon us, what app do you guys use to shop the best lines and track all your action?

I use the Action Network app. LINK

It's got a great user interface and shows the available lines from several different sports books so you can find the best value for the side you want.

You can set notifications on line movement and in game updates. You can also see the percentages of money coming on both sides.

It's good as a live score app as well with little things like clicking on a game and seeing want network it will be airing on and what time. It will also tell you how many minutes until a game comes back from halftime, so you can know when to flip back to watch your team. It will have win probabilities in real time, stats, etc.

Curious if you guys use any other sports apps that may be better than the Action Network app.
Using the Full Size Run terminology of Drip, Flip, or Skip....I'm skipping these.
Way better chance of him going 2-32 and faking a heart attack... or brain tumor... or whatever his medical excuse of the day will be and quitting than winning a Superbowl.

If you want to check out several good food and bar places in one area, I recommend the Overpass area. Probably best to go there on Friday night before the game. All these places are in that area and are within a 3 min walking radius of each other. Park and hit them all up for a nice little Baton Rouge food and bar crawl to get a taste of everything and see what place is your speed.

Parrain's for Louisiana cuisine. Definitely get the chargrilled oysters if you've never had them.

Zippy's for super laid back Mexican

Chow Yum Phat - excellent Asian food. Highly recommended.

The Overpass Merchant - Awesome burger. Awesome fried chicken sandwich with an egg on top called Hot Lonnie..superb.

DiGiulio Brothers Italian Cafe is right there too. Good local spot with solid food.

Ivar's college bar mixed with older folk and locals. Good spot to drink.

Duvic's is a dive bar right there you may want to pop in.

Kalurah Street Grill is newer place... a little pricier and fancier.

BLDG 5 is also there. Food is decent but overpriced. Nice decor...maybe pop in for a beer and then move on to the next spot.
