Dropped my cable more than a year ago. We have Youtube Tv, Netflix and Disney+. Don't need anything else and cheaper then before....

Melatonin worked well for me when i had issues with my sleep. I also read lots of good things about CBD, never tried it though. If it gets too bad maybe there is a point to see a doctor?...

Our current home is 2600sqft, but we don't have a lot of stuff. Only one car that we will drive, with the bikes on top. 3 queen size beds, that can be disassembled, one sectional, and a couple of dressers.
About 20 small boxes with books, and a small kitchen. Last move, we had about 50 boxes total...
