I say that as someone that makes 80,000 a year and is 6’0 185. If you promised me 1,000,000 a year, but I had to go up to 350 pounds to get that 1,000,000- I wouldn’t do it. Which is why I find it quite unusual what Katy Mixon did
I think people are misunderstanding the question. It’s more about is there an amount of weight you could put on to the point that no amount of money would be worth it?

You think Katy Mixon would rather be a 125 pound actress that makes say 50,000 a year, or a 250 pound actress making $5 million a year?
I’m talking if you’re a man, and your normal weight is between 170-200, would you allow yourself to go up to 280-350 for a million a year. No way I’d do it.

Women I don’t think any would willingly go from 120 to 250+ for any amount of cash

Anyone cutting grass before 10am is a moron mainly due to the amount of dew on the grass in that he early morning hours.

Be a man and cut it during the heat of the day after it’s dried out.
The thread on the TV board about Katy Mixon’s weight gain got me thinking. Perhaps her obese weight has allowed herself to make far more money than if she’d stayed thin. So perhaps, it’s simply a business decision on her part to let herself go. So that brings up a more philosophical question:

Would you rather be poor, but in phenomenal attractive shape; or be a wealthy, but obese unattractive person?

For me, I’d rather be poor and feel good physically. Than be wealthy and feel ugly. Self esteem is worth more than money to me.
Does this idiot realize that remote workers end up saving the company tons of $$$$ from reduced rents on office space? If you work from home you should get paid more not less.
Before cam whores started getting paid legitimately, they’d do it for free(and attention) on Stickam. That site was awesome!
Most like: Angela, Karen, and Jan because they all are nice to look at, usually quiet, and serious about doing their work.

Least like: Andy, Michael, Dwight, Phyllis.

Indifferent: Jim, Pam, Stanley, Ryan, Kelly, Kevin, Oscar
I found them completely unwatchable after they were made a couple. Not funny, boring, and to use a wrestling term lost all their heat when they were given their happily ever after ending in season 4, on a 9 season show.

For a comedy built on awkward situations, there was so much more potential to keep them apart, keep the tension bubbling, maybe have them date and then break up but still have to work together. At the start of the series I was way more interested in Pam. By the end, Angela was a far funnier and more interesting character.

I thought the writers completely screwed Jim/Pam up, especially in comparison to Tim/Dawn from the British version. From making Roy into an insensitive oaf just to make Jim look better, to them fully going with Jim/Pam together so early in the series, I just hated it. I liked these characters in season 1-3, by the end I didn’t even want to see them on the show .

All my favorite scenes in the Wire have nothing to do with Omar.

#1. Snoop in the hardware store.
#2. McNulty/Bunk casing the crime scene using 1 word of dialogue
#3. All the lawyers scenes
#4. Herc and Carver in the high rises
#5. Marlo and Avon talking in prison
#6. McNulty talking to D’Angelo’s mom
#7. All the interrogation scenes

Stringer’s quite overrated to. I find his character extremely boring

Agree Charles Dance was by far the best actor in the show. Such a commanding voice/presence. Of the actresses, I don’t think they used Natalie Dormer enough.

By the end, it felt like those remaining on the show didn’t have near the acting presence of the original cast they started with. It was an ensemble cast but if you remove the most powerful of the ensemble, then the show really looks weakened.

Definitely the most overrated on The Wire. I felt like Omar was the most unrealistic character in the whole series. How’s a guy like that never gets killed by the drug dealers he’s robbing? I can only name 2 scenes where I enjoyed Omar, and one was when Bunk was lecturing him about what a parasite he was, and the other was when Brother Mouzone and him did a stand-off. That was it.

I was more interested in all the other realistic stuff going on in The Wire. Omar felt like a comic book hero or something. It was out of place in a gritty series like that.

For me, the biggest problem with GOT by the end is that most of the best actors on the show had been killed off.

Tywin, Roose Bolton, Littlefinger all had a presence that was never really replaced. Not so much their characters but the actors playing the roles. Sure the writing may have sucked but there just wasn’t the star power on the show anymore by the end. Kit Harrington and Peter Dinklage weren’t enough.
Floyd Mayweather embarrassed the boxing world tonight. The fact a 50-0 160 pound pro couldn’t KO a 190 pounder off the street says it all.

Floyd will never sell another fight again. I don’t know how good the Paul brothers are, but I do know for sure Mayweather is straight garbage.

I look at Bo as more of a jaded Dametri Martin. He got that college comedian thing going for awhile but it was a way different energy than a Dane Cook.

I don’t care for most of his stuff but “Art is Dead” is a brilliant song

Same here. Used to be a huge NBA fan. Used to listen to Scalabrine’s show on XM every morning. But my interest slid when the Warriors broke up their dynasty, then completely fizzled when the league went woke. I haven’t watched an NBA game since Raptors-Warriors 2019 series

I have no future plans to either
I’m having trouble figuring out how 21 people, presumably in good shape, could die from running in 30 degree weather.

What did they die of?
It’s stupid but it doesn’t bother me. I actually like one aspect of TV brought about by Covid is tv anchors doing their spots from their homes. Especially if it’s live you just feel like anything could happen. Wish they’d still do that. A studio setting is boring
Brooks reminds me of the OU WR that got his arse beat in the bathroom by that mma fighter
Very bitchy comments by Brooks. Dropping shitbombs in the press conference and whining about knee.

If you’re too hurt to play, then don’t play.
