I can grind them. I do do stump grinding on the side.
You put down some good 610 limestone or crushed concrete wet it really well then pack it. Would be really solid perfect for parking on.

Look up soft wash mixes on YouTube apply it with a spray garden sprayer I would never hit it high pressure.

No sorry just try to stay around baton rouge,denham Springs, zachary area.
Some Bradford pears are deceiving lot of them have a large root structure diameter of tree might be 18" but the raised root flare close to 4 foot. That's about the biggest ones I've done. I have one in my yard I'm planning to take down. You can see where it's split in the past. Pretty trees but once they get a canopy on them they'll split in a mild wind.
I try to bid jobs fair. Some ppl will really take advantage or you. I have a 125.00 min and I look at how long's it's going to take me.
