Calling All Doctors

Posted by Sanchez425 on 4/3/21 at 10:23 pm
I went in for a routine check up today and my physician told me I have a heart murmur and he recommended a certain cardiologist.

I am in my late 20's. Any advice on what I can expect. I workout daily, and have never experienced any chest pains or shortness of breath.

I tried thier recipe of 12 miller lites and 6 makers by noon. At the time I think it tasted pretty good, but I'm having trouble remembering.

Yeah, I’m not buying this at all.

50 miles vs 315 power clean

Posted by Sanchez425 on 3/22/21 at 9:46 pm
A friend and I got into an argument about which of the two is a more impressive physical feat, running 50 miles or cleaning 315. Both are incredibly impressive, but I have hung out with several ultra runners but I've never had someone who could clean 315 in the friend group. I'm torn between the two, i think I'm saying the 315 clean is more impressive (valid you are under 250lbs).

I keep a floating duck that is used to dispense clorine tablets in a pool. I fill it up with dog food and always catch bream around it.

re: Keto Plateau

I had the same issue. Technically you can eat dairy on keto but psychology I couldn’t handle it. I would put cream in every coffee, and every meal would be covered in cheese. I strictly eat red meat, chicken, eggs, avocados and macadamia nuts. I took the tips from this board to make sure I hit 150g of protein and I typically hit that number before I hit my caloric goal, at which point I am usually to nauseas to consume anymore food for the day. I’ve been losing about 5 pounds a week.

I like Bill but it’s a known fact that most of his shows are filmed on stocked private lakes. Not saying he’s not a great fisherman, but it’s pretty easy to catch fish on a private lake.
Fly into Gunnison and take the highway from Blue Mesa to lake city. It follows several River the entire way. You can pull off and do pretty well anywhere along that highway. Mid summer May not be the best because it will be peak snow melt and the flow will be moving pretty quick. Maybe late summer would be a good option, or wait till mid august when the browns spawn.
I didn’t come here seeking approval. I came here to remind everyone to be careful.

PSA- Be Careful Cleaning Your Guns

Posted by Sanchez425 on 3/10/21 at 4:14 pm
I consumed a handful of whiskeys last night and thought I would oil up some of my shotguns. Typically I keep the chamber open to make sure there isn’t a shell in the gun. Long story short, chamber wasn’t open, which should have been an indicator. The gun went off in my kitchen and blew out a window. Could have been a lot worse. Make sure your guns are cleared when you clean them.

re: How much to file for a patent?

Posted by Sanchez425 on 3/9/21 at 6:51 pm to
Yes I can. Due to three degrees and 15 years in patent prosecution and patent litigation, maybe one of the most complicated law fields that there is.

But please share your experience.

Edit: I made the mistake thinking that you were a patent attorney and then I read your posts and realized that your a just a huge freaking moron. So way to get my response arse hat.
You got destroyed by a patent agent, that is wildly priced for what he is qualified to do. Makes me think you did very little research and are upset that you chose to go the cheapest route possible.

What are you talking about?

Give your weight for a more accurate assessment, because it will matter a great deal. If you are anywhere near 190lbs with this Max it will be completely different than someone at 155 with this max.

I as well am a patent attorney, but I am unable to take in anymore clients. Most likely, depending on the subject matter, your are looking at a fee of 8-15k. I don’t know where you are located but there is a really good patent attorney in Lafayette that will shoot you straight as to a prior art search and so forth without billing you a wild fee. Make a google.

I don’t like to throw mud at fellow patent attorneys, but the person saying it is a lottery for litigation (almost discouraging you to protect your invention), probably doesn’t practice patent law as his or her primary practice. I’ve been on the prosecution and litigation side of this for awhile and I’ve never heard someone give that expert advice.
My dog had blood in his stool, took him to vet and it turned out he had early stage pancreatitis. Kept him on medicine for 2 weeks and had to clean up his diet.
If you grab a cat by the skin on the back of its neck, it basically paralyzes the cat, they go limp. But the cats learn, and that will get your arse the next time you try to pick them up like that. I had to take a feral cat to get neutered and the second time I tried to grab him by his neck, he worked my arm.
I have never tipped a guide, I’m already paying them a fee. I do give them an extra $40 if the clean the fish.
Baw, we placed my grandpappy at the end of the field to be are spotter. Walked the entire field and got one bird. When we got to about 50 yards from our “spotter,” we had about 12 running birds kick up and take off. It scared my grandpappy so bad that he dropped the gun and didn’t get a shot off.
