re: Whiskey/Bourbon/Scotch appreciation thread Volume II

I really wonder what myself (the dip stick or whatever he called me here)at Harvest could have done differently. We had the same rules as the year before, I never said we would or wouldn’t get pappy though we were surprised with it last year..I listed items and ticket count a week ahead of time. I did not post on the bourbon fb pages, only our store page and in store. We do not keep loyalty points and in a store with so many customers I would love to know how he would have liked me to go and single out those that shop at harvest and those that don’t. Do I turn people away that showed up to camp at 2AM bc they had a different zip code?
We want to share whiskey with locals, but if word gets out we are not changing our ticket count to accommodate. Our parking lot and store is small so we decided as a whole what we are comfortable in hosting. Saying you will bad mouth a store as much as you can for not selling tickets above their ideal head count is a little ridiculous. Would you burn your LSU gear bc tickets sold out before you could get any? The few people at 645 I heard turned away for tickets were done so politely.
