I think that it’s unfortunate when people associate a city or a place by its worst qualities. The common thing (especially older towns) is to put a place down because you want to make you feel like you chose a better place to live, or that you “made it”. Regardless of where you live, there are going to be good things and there are going to be bad things. There are plenty of examples of both for most places around here.

Driver fitting at demo day vs. professionally
Posted by Tigersbaw on 9/12/22 at 10:56 am
What are the thoughts on getting fitted for a driver at a demo day? I’ve been playing for 30 years and have never been fitted for a driver or been to a demo day, but wondering if anyone has experience with it? Is it worth it going to a professional over a demo day?
Awesome. This is what I am going to try. Thanks for the info
West facing window issue
Posted by Tigersbaw on 7/11/22 at 10:43 am
Having issue with bedroom with two west facing windows. It is normally 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Anyone use tint or film on windows to reduce heat on the inside? It does have storm windows on the outside already. Any other ideas other than running a ceiling fan all day?

No way it goes west of Vermillion Bay
Now that I look at it, it’s clover-like with little yellow flowers. I have that stuff mixed with normal clover. I put a bag of weed and feed with a spreader, so it wasn’t very much. I applied it like the bag said. My issue is that sod worms destroyed my grass last year and the clover took over in the fall/winter. I’m trying to get it back under control.
Fertilizing St Augustine

Moving from the Outdoor Board
I’m looking for direction on fertilizing after applying weed and feed. My yard was in bad shape after the great sod worm attack of 2020. I used weed and feed around April 15th, but I still have some clover and crab grass left. Can I use the Scott’s Southern Turf Builder even though I still have the weeds?

I am in the same boat. May not need that many kw, but rather have the option to run every single thing in the house if needed. Why did you choose the liquid cooled?

Starting to look at these also. Looking at the Kholer 30kw liquid cooled in south La. Are there any advantages in warmer weather with liquid vs air cooled? Kholer vs Cummins- any major differences?
